Environmental Awareness:

Great care is being taken to implement the most cutting edge environmental friendly designs for the Greenscape.

In the designing and construction of GreenScape, great care is being taken to maximize the benefits and eliminate any negative effects on the local environment.

The site has been carefully chosen to ensure the Villas are a heaven of tranquility. Set amidst lush tropical gardens and a mango forest flowing down hill on 120,000 m2 of land.

Keeping the trees
The project consists of  5,000 trees. To maintain the green concept and environmental responsibility, the owners of each plot are responsible to keep the number of trees in their plot upright when the house is complete.  This means that when you buy a plot which consists of 20 trees inside , you are allowed to cut down trees in order to build your villa but you have to replace them with new trees in the compound (same size), so when the project is completed we will still have 5,000 trees.
